Crystal Attunement with Raina Brown

Time for an energetic tune-up? Try a crystal attunement!
When life is life-ing, and things get a little out of whack, it can make us feel out of sorts. This can lead to stress and poor sleep, just to name a few undesirable outcomes. Take a moment for yourself and get re-aligned. #self-loveinaction!
A crystal attunement will assist with moving stagnant "energy in motion," or emotions, out of the body to help restore balance and flow.
A 60 minute session includes using crystals and reiki to align and rebalance your chakras. (Chakra means wheel in Sanskrit, and they are seven main energy centers running down our body from our crown to our base/tailbone). There are many more, but we focus on the main seven in our session.
The session includes an initial consultation, a bit of sound therapy with Tibetan chimes, pre and post check of your chakras, a layout/grid with a variety of crystals and reiki, a crystal card reading with tea or lemon water after, and a complimentary crystal to take home.
Please note that for optimal results, this is best combined with other complimentary therapies like yoga, counseling/coaching, massage and facials, and/or sound therapy (baths, gongs)
Chakra Balancing Session with Leslie
$135 | 60 Minutes
This service aims to bring alignment and a sense of wellness back to the body and spirit. Using techniques such as energy work, sound therapy, and aromatherapy, Leslie balances the seven spinning wheels of energy along the spine, known in the ancient tradition of Ayurveda as chakras. This is a soothing, meditative hour,, with a one-on-one follow up after the session.
Soothing Crystal Sound Bath with Leslie
$145 | 60 Minutes
This specialty service uses traditional Tibetan singing bowls, along with hand picked crystals that align with your specific needs. The use of sound therapy, and the vibrating energy of the crystals, work to soothe the central nervous system, and bring relief from the stressors of our busy world. Physical touch and aromatherapy may be used as needed.
Reiki

Experience the balancing and healing power of Reiki. Our skilled practitioners will channel energy to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and encourage a sense of well-being. Step into a world of serenity and rejuvenation, as the gentle touch of Reiki leaves you feeling restored and harmonized, both physically and energetically.
Sound Massage with Laura Caton

Sound Massage is an energy therapy that uses the frequencies and vibrations of therapeutic grade Himalayan singing bowls to bring mind, body, and spirit into harmony. During a session a client remains fully clothed while the singing bowls are gently played on or around the body, to induce deep states of meditation and relaxation. This safe healing space may improve sleep, reduce stress and tension, reduce inflammation, improve circulation, reduce joint stiffness and pain, plus more.
